At Grow My Giving, we strategically align partnerships and collaboration between nonprofits to achieve a greater impact of preventing community deterioration and improve the quality of life for others at a community and local level. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society while addressing one of the most prominent issue, food insecurity.

Here at Grow My Giving, we know that strengthening a community begins with reliable, compassionate support. Since our founding in 2020, we have been deeply determined to combat food insecurity and bring essential resources right to our neighbors. Our efforts center on channeling our team's passion into strategic local partnerships, dignified food assistance, and community outreach. Through our daily work, we display unwavering commitment to lifting up families and building a more resilient neighborhood.
Our Story
Founded in 2020, Grow My Giving began with a simple yet powerful mission: to turn fresh ideas and local passion into direct, compassionate community support. What started during the height of the pandemic as a rapid-response mobile initiative providing essential manner bags to the unhoused population has quickly evolved into a vital, permanent community anchor. Over the years, we grew significantly, expanding from those initial mobile street-level distributions to launching the FoodTique - our permanent, boutique-style storefront. This growth was accelerated by a profound commitment to addressing localized food insecurity and neighborhood deterioration through strategic multi-sector alliances. In September 2025, we transformed an empty storefront into a choice-based, dignified shopping experience where families can access fresh produce and shelf-stable staples free of charge. Since marking the FoodTique's formal launch, our operations have scaled from localized emergency relief to serving hundreds of households every month across Hillsborough County.

The work we do at our Nonprofit Organization is aimed at providing a holistic approach to solving some of our society’s biggest challenges. We make sure our partners are empowered by creating opportunities for individuals and communities.
(Healthy Eating)
The Eat Well - Live Well program is an illuminating, family-centered initiative led by an accredited nutritionist to teach home cooking skills and smart grocery budgeting. Through hands-on cooking classes and interactive education, the program empowers neighbors with a proactive "food as medicine" approach to lower preventable chronic health risks by shifting the focus toward a proactive "food as medicine" approach

(Food Pantry)
The FoodTique is a boutique-style food pantry storefront in Progress Village that replaces long lines with convenient, private online appointments, bringing choices and dignity back to food assistance. What started as a street-level mobile initiative during the pandemic has grown into a permanent community anchor, hosting its choice-based shopping experiences every 2nd and 4th Thursday for families across Hillsborough County.
